Orders are processed during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Any orders received over the weekend will be processed on the subsequent business day.

Please be advised that the delivery timeframe begins once the package is handed over to the carrier, not at the time of order placement.

While we endeavor to fulfill orders promptly, occasional inventory shortages or unforeseen delays may occur. In such instances, we will promptly inform you via email, providing estimated delivery times.

The majority of our items are shipped directly from our warehouse facility in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. However, products drop-shipped from our vendors may require additional processing time. Should you require expedited delivery options, kindly contact our customer service team before finalizing your order.

Regrettably, international shipping is not available at this time. Additionally, shipments to Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI) are not supported; we exclusively serve the 48 contiguous states.

Shipping carriers are chosen based on your location, with options including FedEx and UPS to accommodate various shipping preferences. Standard shipping typically ranges from 3 to 5 business days. Shipping rates are determined by the delivery destination.
