Our Damaged Item Policy ensures a hassle-free resolution. Simply snap some photos of the damaged item within 3 days of receiving your order. No need to send it back – you can dispose of the damaged item as you see fit. We'll promptly ship out a replacement within shipping guidelines. In the rare event that the item is out of stock, we'll work with you to find a suitable alternative.
